If warnings have been given...

If my fellow board members are PMing me constantly...

If there is consensus among my fellow HL's...

If the natural flow and dynamic of the hub is disturbed...

Then the offending thorn is pulled from our paw and bounced.

Rarely as HL's we make the wrong decision, but believe me, when we do, we hear about it from our guys and gals demanding reinstatement. Most times a tiger won't change his or her stripes to conform. I am the first to salute those on the fringes, who add color and passion. That's what makes Agoracom so great. We all contribute where and how we can. Having said that, if someone disturbs the flow, crosses the line of human decency and respect, then they need to go.
