Hey guys,

Had a problem on the CUU board and I just thought Id put this out there. A poster kept on cluttering the board and attacking posters with allegations of being bashers. Now I guess its true that none of the rules were broken (hence the new rule/amendment), but I for one believe this to be a form of harassment and it should not be condoned.

The poster ended up getting banned, but doesnt seem to think this is right. Im not sure banning was right or wrong personally, but there had been plenty of warnings go out to the poster, and complaints recieved by other posters about them, so they do have to take some culpability for what happened.

Without legitimate proof that another poster is a paid basher (and im mean actual proof, not opinions or hearsay etc.) I just believe constantly challenging that persons opinions, and slandering them as a basher is unacceptable.

I propose we either add a 7th rule or we amend rule # 2 to include harassment of other posters.

What do other mods think of this?
