The system is set up here as we all know, in that admin/mgmt has "deligated" an undefined level of authority to HL's, to keep the hub "clean", running smooth etc. By design, admin does not interfer unless called in by request. Leaving flagged posted unprocessed may take many days as you pointed out.

Bottom line, if manipulation is taking place such as flagging posts, the member never says a peep, the IP address finds matches, admin needs to step in and close the accounts.
