Count me in on being on that page too. A few of the rights to judge others and their posts should come after having been around and provided useful content for a while and after following a stable, mature, and constructive conversation for a while. Seems like a straight forward way to remove, or at least impede, the ease in which they can chalk up new profiles and use them to their own malicious benefit till they eventually get banned.

I think it would help the other, non-beligerent, new posters who innocently stray over the 6 rules having come from other message boards; they'll understand the tone of how the board talks to each other before passing judgement or manipulating HL's power.
