Chappy, As I have said before if there have been 50 legitimate violations commited by this particular HL, not only shoud he/she lose their HL status but serious consideration should be given to banning this person. What is the point of having any member allowed to post here at Agoracom if they cannot or will not obey the very simple and very important rules of the road?
