You can earn activity points by filling your profile with information about yourself (what city you live in, your favorite team, blogs etc.)
Any of your Hub Leaders can process a flagged post and remove it. They can even ban the offender. Click on the "process violation" button. I find this move rather extreme but have done it myself with very offensive posts and posters.
