have two users with nearly identical usernames, "PoetryinMotion" and separately, "Poet-ry in Motion"

is there a mechanism (perhaps from On High) to convince one of them to adopt a new handle.

they're from time to time in an argument with each other, and it's eventually going to give somebody a seizure trying to follow who's side of the debate belongs to who.
