If a hub leader no longer owns the stock and has moved on then I think you are correct. Many HLs on the hubs I frequent, haven't been around or posted in years. Perhaps a letter from Admin. asking if they wish to continue in this capacity would be kind and then bring out the knives.

Rogue HLs are usually called on the carpet by other members. I love that "Da Rules" allow for everyone to voice their opinion and feel an equal part of the system. In my experience Admin/GT has/have been quick to give reality checks.
