This may require some feedback from other HL's. Initially I thought the idea a very good one, but upon mulling it over, I feel differently. In my experience here I have seen that the behavors which warrant banning tend to be across the board, spanning all hubs that the member frequents. It is the rare exception that a member has a personality conflict etc. on only one hub and requires removal.

In addition this fix may become cumbersome as the banning member/or Admin. has to pick and choose which hubs to shut down for the offending member. Or...if we have a spammer who is spewing garbage on multiple boards it is often a race against time to get one ban initiated, let alone 10+ if he/she rapidly speads their joy to other hubs. A game could ensue where we are chasing members in and out of our jurisdiction waiting for other hub leaders to take appropriate action. There are many hubs under the Agora umbrella, not all of which are monitored 24/7.
