Some thoughts on the comments:

• HL's should lead by example.
• Abuse of "authority" by HL's, regardless of which way they swing about the company, needs to be reported to admin via email, NOT here, as this board is not private (for HL's only), so don't be fooled thinking it is. Email to: administrator@agoracom.com
• HL's must conduct themselves as they expect others to do no matter what...no special treatment ever.
• HL's can be banned like anyone else. Documentation presented to admin is all that is needed. It takes time as admin is not quick with the trigger finger, which is a good thing, as HL's can get into ego spats. Andreas/admin always keeps a cool head, yet with enough evidence over time, the abusive HL is sent packing.
