This started about a month ago...

When replying to a PM, the incoming message remains all the way at the top of the reply area, so placing the cursor the the left, using the key to scroll everything down, create the reply area, start back at the top to reply.  

If one does not do this, the reply ends up after the incoming message at the bottom. 

Not a big deal but this has never happened before,  including the previous versions.
