If you were AVX, Maxwell, or Panasonic would you want your company associate with a person who knowingly is the author of a fraudulent patent which resulted in investors being scammed? I really doubt major Cap company attorneys would suggest dealing with a fraud because if there ever were law suits the scammed investor attorneys would go after the company with deep pockets who signed LA with EEscam.
