From my investigations the gas frac process is very sound. The price of the stock has been reduced to a level where there is little risk to the down side and the top side is wide open. This company is looking for the right management now and I am sure they will find them. I have been accumulating stock in this company as the 7 day moving average is greater than the 20 and 50 day moving average price. This process eliminates the need for large volumes of water and processing of waste water which is currently required to develope all the shale gas around the world.
