I came across a SH post that was an e-mail directly from GWG stating when they had the information the NR would be posted. (If I locate it I will attach below)

It is my opinion that all details of this pending deal are still in the air...hang tight. This is far from over, but there could be a few impatients that cause the price to do a slow bleed. Perhaps even to .28 again on no news...but those caught on the sides will kick themselves for taking the risk for a few cents - the upside of GWG is there and it will reward those who stay the course.

Good luck but do your homework before you pull any pins if that is your plan.
