I do understand your points, but JDF (mellow99) has personal issues which make him irrational and mostly harmeless to all but himself.

nob seems intelligent and purposefull. If he merely has anger issues about his loses he may get over it or he may continue his rant. If he was representing parties wishing to take over the Nevada claims, then Gloreiux is correct that those plans may well be scuttled.

If he can get over his anger then his insight could be very valuable to the rest of us in formulating a plan to rebuild the company.

I hope it's the later, but given the tone I would want to have someone do a face-to-face to be certain whom we are dealing with.
