From what I hear, this meeting will probably not be necessary. However, there are some negotiations going on and depending on how they go and how the TSX-V thinks about it, a shareholder vote may be needed. Since you have to give so many days notice for a meeting and they did not want things delayed because of this, it was easier to schedule the meeting, and if you need it, then it is there and if you do not need it, then it can easily be cancelled.

Now, no one ask me what the negotiations are about, I have no clue. However, I do like that things are moving with this little company. The action on the share price today was very interesting and it will be fun to see how it goes tomorrow.
