Absolutely right. There is nothing suspicious for a CEO with no cash salary to sell some shares once in a while.

This time Mr. Dow sold 101.000 shares for a total amount of $15.695.

But bare in mind that he exercised 30.000 warrants as well and put $3.000 in the company coffers.

12.5 grand for living is not that much, is it ?
