I do not know the breakdown of the economics, but I remember some other explorer explaining to me that they were going to save a lot of money on their assaying by building a lab on site. He said that they would more than pay for the cost in the transportation savings alone.

I would imagine transportation charges would be cheaper if you ship larger volumes at a time. Plus, if they drill 5 holes in an area, they would prefer to get the results of all five holes at the same time. Then they can analyse the data to plan out their next phase of drilling targets.

Despite all that I too want the results as soon as possible. I would like to see some stellar results shoot my share price up.
