When are these Jr. Miners going to understand DEADLINES ARE DEADLINES? Obviously the regulators do not fool around like us Retail Shareholders and make excuses for all kinds of delays eg. Assays, Financials, 43-101s etc. Now I know why several people I have spoken with in the past 6-7yrs have said stay away from the Venture Exchange you are playing with a whole different kind of investment(Speculation) which has little to do with fundamentals as mgmt has full control over dilution etc.

No excuse for not making a deadline, someone else can step up to the plate.

I remember another co. that had a CTO May 2010 and it got pounded. Look out.
