This halt is a result of a CTO secondary to missing filing our financials in time. Our CFO was pulled away for a 2 week period for personal reasons at a crucial time. They pleaded with the TSXV for an extension but obviously they declined. The bad news is a CTO is for a 2 week period minimum from what I hear.

This sucks but in the long run, it should have very little effect.
