Shouldn't we be getting this data from a more official source than Glorieux? The only thing on Sedar is notice of a general meeting for June 30th, dated on Sedar June 29th, and dated by GAX as May 26th. I guess the problem with the general meeting is that they had to present their financial statements at the meeting.
I guess this is what happens when you put things off till the very end. Sure, the CFO had some very good reasons to be off the final 2 weeks in June. But, what was he doing for the first 24 weeks of the year? Lots of companies get their financials out much earlier than June 30th.
