I'm not sure where you get your "end of august at the latest" info from.

But I hope nobody is going down this road again. No company can guarantee that assay labs will have their stuff back by a certain time. If their are assay lab delays that's just the way it is.

When I heard end of August I automatically assumed mid-september.
