I guess this is good in the sense that ethics are taking place but in the business world sometimes ethics go out the door. When money is involved - people do funny things. This is still a good company and it will have it's day in the sun but let's get some good PR happening. No disrespect intended here but we're not children at Christmas time looking to sneak a peak at our presents - this is business - let's work with GAX get the information out - find out what we really have and work on correcting the last news flop. If we're missing a good geologist - company should contract another one or have two part time geologist working contract - the basis of this business revolves around geologist. Should be first and foremost on the list of must haves. Also - when you contract out - vacation is usually paid on the per hour basis - if it's an important time it should be in the contract not to leave for vacation during the critical time of the job. If there is a shortage of work - shouldn't be an excuse of vacation coming into play. Just my thoughts..
