Interesting to note that the 7 holes reported so far used the new technology. The remaining 6 holes, 1 used a combination of old and new and the other 5 are all based on the "old" technology that brought us the great results of the first drill campaign. The 2 hole extentions are also part of these 6 holes and could produce some good results.

Those last assays were poor but we learned that there was little prospect of economical gold in that area and that the new technology failed miserably at identifying gold. As a matter of fact, where it said we would hit an anomoly, there was nothing to justify a signal. This reflects very poorly on Abitibi's new technology for finding gold although they had success in the past using it for base metal deposits.
