GAX is the major shareholder in Red Ore, soon to be listed on the exchange as RXX. As shareholders of GAX we will recieve shares in RXX at 20 to 1 ratio plus we will continue to hold RXX as an asset in GAX.

Red Ore or RXX owns Ryepatch as a claim holding along with the Bottle Creek claims both of which are in Nevada.

I have not sold any shares and continue to have confidence in where we are going and the potential here. We have multiple areas where we can both be rewarded or hurt by events. The recent poor drill results from Regcourt have hurt us, but that same claim turned great results earlier in the year. Basically we missed with the drill. The team needs to get on the ground and drilling in three areas. Regcourt, Bottle Creek and Rypatch.

I understand that we need to raise money for the last two and we are well funded for the first. We should be drilling or have drill plans in place for all three by years end.
