Good question CJR, and very valid. In my discussions with Wieland during my visit he basically said that he could release news...but why right now? There needs to be transparency through filings and the MD&A (showing the break from the past). News probably won't move the stock until a full explanation of prior events is discussed. This will also show a new beginning for GiraSolar as they could start releasing news after the filings. I'm sure there are plenty of things to talk about in PR's, but why waste the money right now?

You'll find that Wieland knows Solar (very, very, well), and he also has been "educated" during the past few years on how the US market works. It's kind of rare when you really find a CEO with honesty and integrity that wants to do this right, the right way.
