Glen Eagle Resources Inc. The shares, originally owned by Jean Labrecque, Glen Eagle's CEO, were transferred to the Company on October 6, 2013. Sand Gold's Technical Report on its Tailings Project in Nicaragua is being filed on SEDAR November 5, 2013 and hosts a 43-101 compliant Inferred resource estimate of 64,793 tonnes of tailings grading 5.07 g/t gold, 11.86 g/t silver, and 12.57 g/t mercury for a total of 10, 561 oz gold, 24,706 oz silver and 26,185 oz mercury in 32 piles of gold-agglomeration tailings at the La Libertad/Santo Domingo Tailings Project, Chontales, Nicaragua. The Company is equally pleased to work in Nicaragua based on a strong sense of moral and working ethics which were clearly reflected within the Ministry of Mines, Ministry of Environment (MARENA) and the people of La Libertad and Santo Domingo.
