I have been advised by a reliable source that the change in directors proposition will occur regardless of how I might vote my shares....the word is it has at least 60% shares support and is fronted/backed?! by financial institutions wanting to get their people on the board to ensure they have a direct say in any possible future buyer offers (should any arise)...it appears these institutions have built their positions and want to ensure they have control over the future direction/disposition of this company...
In my opinion, this is very good for existing shareholders....
All that being said....until this information is proven to be factual, readers should do their own due diligence and not blindly accept this information as factual.
