Larry Ciccarelli, Chairman
Larry Ciccarelli holds a Bachelors Degree from the University of Western Ontario. He has served as Vice President and Secretary of Karr Securities Inc., a private investment firm.
Karr Securities is a private merchant-banking firm. Since 1989 Mr. Ciccarelli serves as senior partner and shareholder of Karr. The company is involved with various business markets including investments in real estate, sports and leisure, the hospitality industry and natural resource sector both precious, base metal and oil and gas.
Mr. Ciccarelli has served as founder and Chief Operating Officer of Sarmin since 1997, a privately held corporation prior to its acquisition by GlobeStar (TGW Corp). Mr. Ciccarelli through Sarmin was responsible for the acquisition of Corporacion Minera Dominicana, a wholly owned subsidiary of Falconbridge International Investment Limited. Corporacion Minera Dominicana (CMD) was Falconbridges Latin American exploration company. Through CMD, Sarmin acquired Falconbridges exploration staff, its assets, including all the exploration data.
Mr. Ciccarelli served as executive director and subsequent Executive Chairman of GlobeStar. He was responsible for the acquisitions of the Cerro de Maimón deposit from Falcondo, Falconbriges nickel operations in the Dominican Republic.
Mr. Ciccarelli also has served as Chief Operating Officer of CF Hospitality Inc. from 1992 to 1997, which partnered with Working Ventures, Canadas largest labor sponsored capital fund focusing on strategic acquisitions in the hospitality sector while managing over 1000 employees. He also served on the Advisory Board as the sole Canadian representative for Cendant Corporation (NYSE).
David Brace, Chief Executive Officer. B.Sc., Geology, MBA
Mr. Brace holds a B.Sc., Geology, and an MBA, and has over 30 years experience in the mining industry. His most recent position was as a senior executive of Aur Resources Inc., before its acquisition by Teck Cominco Limited.

Mr. Faucher is a Metallurgical Engineer, graduating from Université Laval in 1971. He is currently president of Niocan inc., which is undergoing permitting for a mine project in Quebec. He has held senior management positions in several mining companies. For Noranda Inc. he served as Vice-President, Brunswick Mining & Smelting. Between 1992 and 1994 he was President and General Manager for Falconbridge Dominicana a large nickel mine adjacent to GlobeStar’s Cerro de Maimón copper gold project. In 1997, as President and COO of Princeton Mining Corp., he was instrumental in helping complete a $140 million prospectus offering for the Huckleberry Mining Project in British Columbia

Eric is a mining engineer registered with the Australian Institute of Mining and Metallurgy and has over 25 years of progressively increasing responsibilities in the mining industry, including positions in operations, management, corporate development and marketing. He is a Qualified Person under National Instrument 43-101 who has supervised the preparation and verification of most of the technical information related to the Cerro de Maimon mine.
Eric is a mining engineer registered with the Australian Institute of Mining and Metallurgy and has over 25 years of progressively increasing responsibilities in the mining industry, including positions in operations, management, corporate development and marketing. He is a Qualified Person under National Instrument 43-101 who has supervised the preparation and verification of most of the technical information related to the Cerro de Maimon mine.
Mr. Olson earned his BSc. in Mining Engineering from The Mackay School of Mines, Reno, Nevada in 1980 and completed The Executive Program at Rice University, Houston, Texas in 1991.
From 2001 to 2006, Mr. Olson was a principal of the Range Consulting Group a Houston based minerals consulting firm which specialized in project evaluation, resource and reserve estimation, due-diligence and financial analysis. Mr. Olson authored several NI 43-101 Technical Reports.
From 1985 to 2001, Mr. Olson was with Battle Mountain Gold Company. In 1991, he was promoted to Director of Corporate Development, where he directed the companys corporate development and acquisition efforts until the 2001 acquisition by Newmont. He performed a key role in two major mining industry transactions at the time which included the US$2.0 billion cross-border merger with Hemlo Gold and the $750 million acquisition of Battle Mountain by Newmont. Before Battle Mountain, Mr. Olson was a mining engineer for Duval Corporation from 1980 to 1985 at several open pit and underground operations.
Dave Massola, Vice President Finance and Chief Financial Officer
Mr. Massola is a graduate of University of California where he received a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting. He has over 25 years of experience in a broad range of financial functions including tax, business planning and analysis, treasury, corporate accounting and internal audit.
Prior to joining GlobeStar Mr. Massola was Chief Financial Officer of De Beers Canada Inc. At De Beers Canada he was in charge of all the financial aspects of the operations in Canada.
Previous to De Beers Mr. Massola spent 20 years with BHP-Billiton in various positions in Canada, Chile and the United States. He was Vice President of Finance of BHP-Billitons Ekati Diamond Mine from 1997 through 2001, responsible for the financial aspects of the mine from the construction period through commercial production. After serving in various financial functions in BHP-Billitons International Minerals office in San Francisco, California in the 1980s, Mr. Massola relocated to Port Hardy, British Columbia in 1989 where he was promoted to Chief Accountant of the Island Copper Mine.
