Mike joined the Company as a director in 2008 and became president and CEO in 2009. He also controls Verenex Capital Corp., a private investment and consulting company. Mike has over 10 years of junior resource/public market experience with an emphasis on management, promotion and corporate finance. Having built an impressive network of senior resource and investment industry contacts, Mike has a proven ability to utilize those relationships to advance the Company’s business interests.
Andrew E. Nevin

A consulting geologist and exploration manager with over 45 years of global experience, Andy has contributed to the discovery and development of several mineral deposits in countries including Canada, China, Colombia, Mexico and the United States. He has worked or consulted for many leading companies and government agencies and is currently an independent geological consultant. Andy is a Fellow of the Society of Economic Geologists.

A certified financial analyst, Jim began his career with the Toronto Stock Exchange and has since worked for a number of firms over the last 20 years as an investment analyst, trading officer and portfolio manager. He is currently an independent investment research analyst covering publicly traded companies in a number of sectors, including natural resources, exploration, small energy, and emerging technologies.

Jeff holds an MBA and is a Certified Management Accountant experienced in financial management, taxation and accounting. His career spans 40 years and includes several years with a large accounting firm and 10 years with Placer Development. Jeff has managed his own financial consulting company for the last 20 years assisting and advising a wide variety of both private and public companies.
