Message: New Presentation - and Speculations

- New (June) Corporate Presentation is now available.

- Discussion/Speculation on SH: There are some lively discussions on SH wrt the locations of the holes, especially the first hole #158 (completed) and #160 (being drilled) in the current drill program to test out potential targets based on ZTEM, initially in the area around the old hole #135 which terminated at 10gpt Au.

The batch-results should be available soon (a guess, mid July?). If the results of 158 and 160 are good, then there would be a strong possibility for the two gold zone Romero (deep) and Romero South (shallow) to be connected, forming one deposit. The second hole, #159, is at the southern end of Romero South. If it hits high grades over a long intercept then the deposit in Romero South (currently quite shallow and small compared to Romero) could be increased significantly.

Attached is one, by yours truly, for information.

Re: Holes 158, 135, 160 Cluster
Just speculating based on the location of 135 (collar seems to sit near, or on, the top of a hill) and some info (some of which I can't verify...don't remember the source).
- Hole 135 is an inclined hole, and terminated some 100m south of the collar. It had difficulty with a fault but ended up with a 2m of 10gpt. See satellite map below (it could be QGC own satellite picture, since the quality is quite good...zoom in to see more details). However, if you bring up Google Earth you will be able to view the hilly terrain.

- Hole 158: Some 200m north (and west) of 135 collar, and this is down the hill near the left bank of the river (near the bend at the bottom...looks like a nose). Not sure if I see this correctly, but there seems to be some some creek (= fault line?) running down from 135 to the nose where 158 is located (Speculation: Hole 158 located on the same fault line???).
Slide 21: Hole 158 is located on the highlighted ZTEM section, the 10th from the left. The enlarged picture show the purple (resistivity low) blob which looks like a sack of gold nuggets (this is a slice of the sack). Note the size of the sack, some 1000m across and say 800m tall, so it's a fair size sack. From the schematic, hole 135 seems to terminated at about 750m elevation (from zero) and the bottom of the bag is at ~250m elev. Hole 158 terminated at ~600m elev., hoping that it did not encounter any difficulty due to any faulting. Hole 158 is East of 135 (some 200m E?). Note: the main body at Romero is at the same general elevation (see N-S cross section of the entire area).

- Hole 160: This hole, according Slide 20, is on another ZTEM line (some 200m N of 158). Since the sack of nuggets is 3D and large enough (some 1000m diameter) I would go for a location East of hole 135 to test out the edge of that purple blob for a potential decent deposit which would demonstrate a continuous deposit from Romero to Romero South (at least).

Just speculation based on some "facts" folks. Feel free to speculate away while waiting for the results of this cluster (batch) of holes. Management seems to go for a big bang with the batch results to be able to tell a story. Fingers crossed.
