The permit rescinding is just planned and not that it is so, yet.
You would not know it from the share price.
However planned or fact, it has sprouted all kinds of suppositions as to what is and what may happen.
The Vet (same Vet as here?) on the Yahoo GRZ board posted a most likely scenario in my opinion.
In short it consists of a lower official of the department of the Environment ( MinAmb) for reasons unknown has issued the comment to both KRY and GRZ.
