My point was simply that it took 10 weeks to resolve the last time in 2005 and this current mess is only five weeks in and right now in terms of time to resolution there is absolutely nothing unusual.

The price action of the stock indicates a lot of maneuvering in the background as if the insiders know that a turn around could be imminent.
