Of course, KRY has serious issues to resolve with Venezuela.
We on the other hand have none. I presume that the appeal documents we filed basicly stated that the reasons given for the rescinding of the environmental permit to us were unjustified and misapplied. They were reasons to KRY and labeled on us by proximity to them.
I presume that Doug reads these boards on occasion and of course mail sent to him. That seems to be a standard reply prompted by inquiries and posts on forums. Jmho.
