Many posts ( see Yahoo board) attribute some magic to the poison pill.
So what if it doubles the number of shares.
What is there to stop Rusoro from doubling or tripling theirs?

The basic unfairness as I see it is that Rusoro claims that our share price is depressed due to inability to get the Initiation Act while they can.
What? Expect us to take that at face value?
I say fine, present the Act as part of the offer. No quarantee = No deal.

In addition, share prices of both are devalued due to current economy but we have cash that is not subject to devaluation, it is cash after all. Rusoro wants us to throw in the cash as if it is devalued when they pay only with shares.
Either they pay cash for cash or we keep the cash, i.e. dividend before the deal.
In essence we need $2 for our cash and share/cash combination for the remaining assets ( Brisas, Choco 5, exploration expenditures=data ( alone worth at least 5$/share), equipment etc.), Period.
That is why $1.08 in form of shares is not only a joke but an insult.
