Especially from Ontario that might be willing to make an off the cuff comment about:

1. How long we may expect until the suit to be heard.

2. And if an injunction is granted, will it likely be in perpetuity or a specific time period imposed during which Rusoro may not bid without Gold Reserve's cooperation. I.E. what is the common practice in Ontario's courts.
