First and fore most, Agopov appears very uncomfortable in the interview.
In the title "Gold Reserve ... without permitting ... it's a company without a future!"
Even if one assumes that there is no permit in Gold Reserve's future then Rusoro has a future without cash to operate?

Rusoro keeps referring to shares per our share.
I have no problem with that provided that, after all our and their shares are devalued by the market and probably our's more due to Chavez and Rusoro's harping about them being exempt form that.
If it was just that then perhaps we would have a deal but it is not.
We have hard assets such as cash, equipment paid for and drill data that is equivalent to cash on hand that should not be devalued by the market as are the in ground resources. These alone are worth at least $6 per share. Until that discrepancy is addressed fairly, I say it is an insult and take a hike.

As far as Crystallex, Rusoro needs Gold Reserve first because it has a better mine project that would suffice for both Las Cristinas and Brisas. Also Crystallex has just a contract so aquiring it only needs negotiation with CVG, i.e. Venezuela. For that negotiation to be in the bag it would be very advantagious for Rusoro to have Brisas in hand.

Agapov mentions possibility of being number ten in the world if including Kilometer 88 but that is mostly not due to Rusoro resources but due to Las Cristinas, Brisas and possibly Choco 5. It is funny how such facts are often not put forward plainly and simply. If he wants to be number ten then he should give full credit to that which makes the resultant company such status.

Finally why should Rusoro be the only one to get a 50/50 arrangement with Venezuela and where is it written that Gold Reserve is intent on only doing it alone and being against a 50/50 deal of it's own.

It looks like just more disinformation and he is nervous putting it forward.
