I blew my cool yesterday while commenting on Rusoro's counterclaim at Investor Village's GRZ site and having collected myself I make the following:

They did insult us GRZ shareholders with their offer, they did trespass on Choco 5 and did 'steal' cores from the property. It also seems obvious that they used Endeavout info regarding Gold Reserve.
For that they have been ruled against by an Ontario court judge because I can not see a judge impeding an offer of purchase on it's own.

Now they come up with a lame excuse that Gold Reserve was supposed to restore some land presumed by me to be an access road to Choco 5. Why would Gold Reserve have to restore it by now?
Is Gold Reserve done with the use of the road if such exists? Obviously not.
Now they claim 102 million dollars for damages.

Could it be that Gold Reserve offered to Rusoro to settle the matter out of court for 100 million so they are hoping that they will get a ruling in their favour to cover that cost. The extra two and a half million is probably for their legal costs.

Obviously they do not have enough cash to cover the potential payment that they are expected to pay and this is just a ploy to delay the matter further.

I see no solution other than going to trial and fleece them for all that can be had. They have and are behaving like back street bullys and need to be tought a lesson.
