What does Venezuela offer to a prospective investor?

At least 50% ownership by Venezuela and dictation of how to do things.
With the exception of Las Cristinas, no documentation of the resource, so drilling is needed.
Two to three years to delineate the resource and in Las Cristinas case, at least two years for mine constructtion.
You bring the expertise and bear the responsibility of operation but little compensation for it.
How and where to sell the metal once it is extracted, and if you sell most of the profit is not in your pocket. So basicly you are just a hired hand to do the dirty and risky work.

So, why should one invest in Venezuela?
Oh I forgot, Chavez is a populist leader.
