No_bear, Don't be too happy lest you receive just that one billion $.

Doug is asking for 5 Billion $. Our shares are already over 58 million in number.
There is a good possibility of a bit more dillution, so I am assuming we will end up
with 60 million shares - a fairly even number.
That means Doug is asking $83 per share.
The chance of that awarded is very slim.

On the other hand a fairly conservative award would be a third of that, say around 1.5
billion $ and that would mean about $25 per share.
Not bad eh?
One billion = $16+ per share, I would be content with that BUT not happy. Ed.
