Charles Oliver comments on a series of gold miners. The one company that he comments on that bears some relation with GBN.V, is Colossus Minerals. He says the management failed to execute and push things forward.

GBN.V management however, controlled by the minority interest has excuted like a rock star. IF the goal was to decimate shareholder value, ward off any interest and consolidate minority control over the company, then they have achieved a milestone in the annals of market history. They have also at the same time de-risked the prospect to the point that they are absolutely certain of what they are doing. Company @1¢ trading at less than COH from the previous quarter.

If the Steve Toduruk presentation is of any value, then the company will have to do something really crappy before any cards are laid on the table. A reverse split would be positive in light of recent developments.

Primero's move on Brigus means they were probably looking at GBN.V, since they are focussing on the Americas.
