So What Do I Think?
What the company presents as "legally satisfactory facts" are a complete departure from reality presented in the satellite photos. You may as well toss it all out.
The company is hiding the true nature of the mining project which is grossly mis-characterized and are very strongly motivated to prevent anyone from finding out the truth, and have been very effective at keeping secrets.
They have gone to great lengths to prevent any notice of the EP Zone mine, and the Star Lake/Fork Lake mine which both have concentrating mills on site.
They've been operating FULL TILT throughout every declared care and maintenance period, every refurbishment shutdown, and the undeclared EP Zone mine has been in operation throughout this period.
The goal after all was an expansion but the expansion appears to have been under way since operations commenced.
The Q1 fiscal 2016 report is due, probably to be issued during the week. It's been five years. I assume that the company was in operation for five years. This is the limit for retaining earnings from Revenue Canada.
Even if they produced so much as ONE BAR during calendar 2010, it's still earnings. The so-called 'first pour' was done just for show long after operations commenced, and the company preferred a scorched-earth policy that crushed the share price, mostly aimed directly at the shareholder.
C'est la Guerre.
