Kent, you're absolutely correct. An experienced crew is essential.

If I recall correctly, Noront Resources had terrible difficulties and delays recently, due to a crew's inexperience in operating the very specialized, custom built equipment of one of NOT's new Deep Drills. Noront has not acknowledged this, but it was rumored in serious circles.
