The technical run started at the breakout of the cup/handle formation in June of last yr.

there were roughly 7 news releases that month. Anytime there is a spike in volume at the critical breakout level, everyone and their cat jumps in...management ran with the ball.

I dont think we will see that kind of activity unless there is some additional information to add to the picture...we know its coming but without it, or our price above resistance, and some political stability, we just won't get a repeat of last yr.
