This is from the report that I have just received from GNH.

On page 9 it states that a company named CDS & CO. located in Toronto, Ontario owns 106,159,107 common shares of GNH, out of a total of 115,854,086 common shares. This means that CDS & CO. owns 91.63% of GNH!

It then goes on to say that "The beneficial owners of these shares is unknown to the Company."

What exactly does this mean?! What is this entity that owns over 90% of us?!!
