If the law says -No Extensions beyond 2yrs- then this is a non issue.

Having had 35yrs of mostly commercial lending with a Cdn Chartered Bank, I agree -Don't make them mad and the easiest way to do that is not meet self-imposed timelines (which I have mentioned a few times before). People on this board had a multitude of excuses why mgmt was not keeping timelines a few months ago but most of them have virtually disappeared(as has the s/p) until now. Interesting.
