Do I support Larry Hoover?

I certainly DO!

The proof?

I invested in his company.....

Do I support Hoov's election to the GNH BOD over Earl?

I definitely DO NOT!

Why?

I would far prefer that Hoov concentrate on and bring deserved shareholder value to the company he leads, which up to now, he has not!

And given his previous direct involvement with GNH, I would prefer to see an independent voice like Earl represent my interests......at this time.

No disrespect to Hoov....He has a principal job at hand... Let him perform at it!

In truth, I am surprised that so many of you on this forum blindly follow and support an overpaid management that has so blatently underperformed for shareholders.

If there ever was a time for valid reflection, surely it is now, when a reasonable option is offerred...

I say to the Board....Let the shareholders decide...
