Using silver price of $14 per ounce and 240 million shares.
100 million ounces in ground is worth 1.4 billion US dollars. ($5.83/share)
200 million ounces in ground is worth 2.8 billion US dollars. ($11.67/share)
300 million ounces in ground is worth 4.2 billion US dollars. ($17.50/share)
400 million ounces in ground is worth 5.6 billion US dollars. ($23.33/share)
500 million ounces in ground is worth 7.0 billion US dollars. ($29.17/share)
And so on...
Take 10% of value for demonstrated resource that is non-producing and you have an absolute basement price.
But we are a producer! That means about 40% of the value.
Per current 100 million ounces, $5.83x40%=$2.33 per share.
With our current share price hovering around $2.25 with National Instruments 43-101 around the corner is anyone really worried?
Stop worrying and allow yourself to imagine the possibilities, Cheers. EdGee.
