Mike, I think you meant Juniors that have the goods in hand will eventually move up and surpass the majors.

Juniors that do not have an established resource worthy of their shares ( i.e. still potential explorers ) will not move until the PM sector literally explodes. Then the masses will buy anything related to PMs that is on the market.

As in a certain company almost thirty years ago that only had Gold in its name and was snapped up.
