I have not viewed the video but I heard Steve was somewhat restrained by it's presence and even heard a couple people say they wish it hadn't been on.  No one likes or wants to be taped as it restricts what they might say if they get comfortable.  These small presentations can be an opportunity for some of the most insightful info sessions but only if confidential and the speaker feels completely relaxed with the group.
